With sensitivity, and the belief in healing properties of the therapeutic process, I help patients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues such us: trauma and PTSD,performance anxiety, creative blocks,loneliness, alienation and depression,stress,cross-cultural issues,fears and phobias.
I believe that the goal of therapeutic relationship is to liberate energy trapped by negative emotions,associated with unresolved traumas,current problems and long standing patterns,and to enhance our enjoyment of life.
I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals.
