I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has treated adults and children for over 25 years. I believe finding the right therapist can be a daunting task. My approach is warm and interactive. My biggest strengths are listening, being neutral, and not judging in order for you to feel safe and share. I help those who suffer from stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and anger management, as well as chronic conditions/illness. My practice is focused on helping you develop the confidence, insight, and skills you need. I am bilingual in Spanish.
I can offer CBT, Strength Based, Person Centered, and Play Therapy. I provide a comfortable, safe environment for growth and healing. During our first session you will discuss what brought you to therapy, how you have dealt with your situation, and what you want to gain from therapy. Together we will implement the goals that matter to you.
