I've received over three years of specialized training at Michigan Medicine Department of Psychiatry, which included a 2-year fellowship. My specialty is in working with young adults and their families to navigate the turbulence of adolescence and early adulthood. Additionally, I have the training and skills needed to work with adults who struggle with anxiety, including OCD, depression, and relationship concerns. I support ALL families and individuals. Together we will rebuild your relationships, increase self-awareness/esteem, and enhance coping skills to improve your quality of life.
My goal as a therapist is to help you live a more meaningful and fulfilling life. I use a variety of evidenced-based treatments as well as compassionate and effective therapy to help you and your loved ones learn new skills to manage conflict. I make it a priority to connect with my clients and maintain a safe place built on mutual trust and understanding.
I support and honor ALL families, individuals and their identities ALL ARE welcome! I offer after school, early mornings, and lunch-hour sessions to help with busy schedules most days of the week.
