I’m a family therapy intern with systemic training at Seattle University. My work draws from structural and narrative therapy, with a lot of attention to the body so we can notice what shows up in real time and try new ways of relating.
My own experiences and my Filipino/White upbringing mean I’m comfortable sitting with confusion, burnout, belonging and loneliness. I also bring experience in grief practices, intuitive collaging and breathwork for clients who want deeper meaning-making.
