Change is an unavoidable constant in our lives that may lead to feelings that are often difficult to manage and understand. Whether it is starting kindergarten, experiencing family changes, medication adjustment, life transitions, or experiencing other mental health challenges, my goal is to provide a compassionate and empowering environment to all my clients.
I enjoy integrating play, movement and creativity to help children achieve their goals while having fun. I'm experienced working with ages 5-17 in individual therapy, focused on emotional dysregulation, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, life adjustments, and behavioral problems. Hablo Español
