I work with Latinx teens, adults, and families across Texas who are carrying trauma, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, family expectations, intergenerational wounds, racial or systemic stress, or the ache of living between worlds. You may be bicultural, first generation, immigrant, LGBTQ+, or unsure where you fully belong. My goal is to create a safe, inclusive space where your identity is honored and your healing feels authentic .
My approach is warm, collaborative, client-centered, trauma-focused, and evidence-based. I use CBT and CPT, which I am certified in. I also integrate mindfulness and tools that honor mind, body, and soul. I am currently part of the Sexual Health Alliance’s Sex Therapy program, expanding my skills in sexuality, intimacy, identity, and relationships.
