As a therapist, my goal is to create a space that feels safe. A space that allows you to feel respected and heard. Life can be complicated and difficult to navigate at times. However, I believe that having support and building on your strengths can make the adventure called life more pleasant. My approach is to meet my clients where they are and tailor a plan specific to their needs.
Our first session will be geared towards getting to know one another. We will discuss your therapy goals and any concerns or questions you might have. We will review confidentiality, how we will work together, and establish boundaries.
As the eldest daughter in a home of immigrant parents, I am able to understand through lived experience the challenges that can bring when navigating relationships, careers, and setting boundaries with others. As a result, I bring deep empathy and cultural humility to my practice.
