My therapeutic approach focuses on creating a safe, judgment-free environment where you feel you can re-write the narrative of your life by exploring the beliefs, events, and emotions making it challenging for you to live the life that you want.
I have specialized training in depression disorders, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. I utilize a combination of psychoeducation, skills-building, and talk therapy to help my clients achieve their goals. I have had the honor of working with people of all backgrounds and bringing cultural awareness to the therapeutic connection.
Therapy is not a "one-size fits all" as we all have a unique perspective due to a combination of our culture, beliefs, and experiences. I want to invite all my clients to enter our therapeutic alliance with the awareness that they will be embraced for who they are so they can feel safe to feel, explore, achieve their goals, and heal.
