| Español My passion has been to work with parents and families of young children (ages 0–11) who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to respond to their child’s emotions or behaviors. They may be facing tantrums, anxiety, defiance, or daily struggles with routines and transitions. I also support children experiencing anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, or trauma, as well as adults navigating anxiety, low mood, and life stressors. Clients often seek practical tools, emotional clarity, and stronger connection. Together we build regulation skills, confidence, and healthier relationships at home and in daily life.
I provide compassionate, developmentally appropriate therapy for children, adults, and families. I specialize in anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, trauma, and parent-child relationships. I use PCIT, play therapy, CBT, and trauma-informed care to build coping skills, improve communication, strengthen connection, and support emotional well-being.
