My name is Aleix and I specialize in supporting high-achieving, perfectionistic, and neurodivergent students and adults. Many of my clients have entered therapy feeling stuck, burned out, or have spent years pushing themselves to succeed while quietly struggling with overwhelm, self-doubt, or feeling “lazy” or behind. Together, we make sense of your experience, reduce shame, and build tools that work with your brain.
Our work will focus on on understanding how your brain works, reconnecting with your identity, and building sustainable strategies for daily life. We balance meaningful support with equipping you to reach toward your goals. I use evidence-based tools to support regulation, reduce overwhelm, and build self-trust- with a little humor along the way.
With masters degrees in both clinical and school counseling, I support clients navigating academics, accommodations, and transitions. I work with students 13+ and adults. I also love to work with parents and partners looking to seek and offer support. My style is collaborative, practical, and real- focused on helping you create meaningful, realistic change.
