Whether you're working through relational problems, building coping skills, or exploring your identity, I'll work with you to create a change plan that is empowering.
I use an integrative approach, with a primary focus on cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help identify where negative thought patterns originate. This approach allows you to reflect on core issues that hinder your current growth.
I prioritize clear, direct, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening, and while it may seem like I am quiet in session, understand that I am intently listening to understand your experience.
