I am a licensed therapist in the Denver Metro area with over 20 years of experience in the helping field, and I work with kids/teens, couples, families, and individuals.

Areas of Experience: couples therapy utilizing PACT/attachment based therapy, working with families with children/teens (utilizing a variety of playful/artistic approaches and attachment focused modalities), and working with families who have adopted children. I also work with people in individual counseling, and am trained in EMDR.

I am located in Denver, in the Capitol Hill neighborhood, off of Sherman and 8th Ave. I have been working in the mental health field in various settings for the past 20 years, and am passionate about the work that I do as a therapist.
