Welcome! Patients often come to me when they are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, or struggling to find motivation. Some may be seeking healing from a trauma or loss. Others may be adjusting to a new role in life. The causes vary but the goal is the same - to feel more at peace internally. My work with patients is collaborative, curious, and focuses on deepening your understanding of yourself and rebuilding trust in your body. I believe strongly in the mind-body connection. My goal for patients is to walk away from each session with a new understanding of themselves and specific tools to use in their lives.
I enjoy working with a diverse array of patients but have specialty training in trauma, perinatal mental health, anxiety, depression, chronic pain & illness, and insomnia. I utilize evidence based interventions (ACT, CBT, DBT) and interpersonal work to help each patient achieve their unique goals.
