It is my goal to help you to develop and implement coping skills to assist you through all of life's ups and downs. My office will be a place where you can feel comfortable learning without judgement. Each person is unique and I offer an individualized treatment approach to match your needs.
For the last 20 years, I have worked with individuals and couples who have struggled with everything from addictions, depression, anxiety and chronic mental illness. I have worked with those facing the end of life and trying to make peace with their past and those who have experienced traumatic events.
I specialize in individual and couples therapy. I welcome families of all shapes and have experience working with the special needs of divorced and blended families.
