As a therapist, my approach to healing is rooted in an integrative framework that combines the power of inner child work with cognitive behavioral therapy. I am deeply committed to helping my clients navigate their path to healing childhood wounds, while simultaneously learning the art of boundary setting, nurturing their inner child, and supporting their overall individual growth.

In my practice, I primarily work with clients who struggle with self-esteem issues, co-dependency, and pervasive feelings of self-doubt and anxiety. Many of my clients are parents navigating parenting themselves and their children as well.

By addressing the underlying wounds and developing new coping strategies, my clients are able to finally feel peace.
