Sometimes, our bodies or mental health conditions create distress in our lives. Other times, life’s challenges take a toll on our physical and mental well-being. How do we break free from this cycle? Well, we work on it.
I specialize in working with individuals and families adjusting to chronic illness, facing difficulties with daily activities—such as eating, sleeping, toileting—or struggling to stay on track with their treatment/educational plans.
There are no prerequisites for who you are or what you bring—just a willingness to work toward a goal that matters to you. Change isn’t just about knowing what to do—it’s about finding realistic, personalized ways to make it work. But change can also be uncomfortable. Therapy isn’t casual conversation or simple advice—that’s ineffective therapy.
Instead, it’s a collaborative effort where we both commit to meaningful work that leads to real and measurable results. We will measure our changes over time in therapy, no matter the condition.
