I have 10+ years of experience helping people with trauma, anxiety, substance issues, and relationship challenges. I take a trauma-informed approach by focusing on the way past experiences cause problems in the present. I use a combination of open discussion and focused goal-setting to help those I work with achieve mental wellness. I use EMDR Therapy to help resolve past problems that lead to overwhelming emotions and reduce persistent negative feelings about yourself.

I use Dialectical Behavior Therapy to learn mindfulness skills and relationship skills to enjoy more of life. And I use Person Centered Therapy to allow those I work with to feel heard, understood, and explore themselves further.
