Some children, teens, and young adults struggle to express what they’re feeling — and big emotions can show up as outbursts, withdrawal or challenges in relationships. Many just want to feel understood, connected and more in control. I help young people and their caregivers explore what’s underneath the behavior so we can support emotional growth, healthy coping and deeper connections.
Our waiting room is a great place to relax (or play!) before your therapy session.
Through play, conversation and connection, I support children, teens and young adults to understand what’s underneath the behaviors and to develop healthy coping skills. I individualize my approach, but I have a foundation in psychodynamic and attachment theory and often use tools from CBT. My goal is to support lasting growth across home and school.
