My specialty is sex addiction. Whether it’s teenagers with porn, or adults not wanting to be unfaithful. Both handicapping and isolating, these behavioral challenges can come with anxiety, depression, shame, loneliness, relationship difficulties and even other co-occurring addictions. All of which we can work on together to help you create a more fulfilling relationship with life. We use unfulfilling behaviors to cope with pain and isolation. When we recognize our injuries, we begin to heal the pain. Then, like clockwork, connection and fulfillment follow.

I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults for 7+ years, have been studying men’s issues for 10, and our practice specializes in sexual addiction. You will be in good hands.
We will use parts work alongside other strategic therapeutic modalities to identify what is contributing to a deficit of peace and fulfillment. Rather than encouraging your reliance on a therapist, we will help you develop an awareness and relationship to self that will help you to feel more autonomous, free, and fulfilled.
