“Where do I begin?”
It’s a question so many of us quietly carry. Life can feel overwhelming — anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationships that feel strained, health concerns that create uncertainty, or emotional wounds that resurface when we least expect them. At Amazing Space Counseling, my heart is to create a place where you don’t have to have it all figured out before you walk in. This is a space where you can breathe, process, and begin again.
My approach integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I focus on helping clients build practical tools for managing stress, improving emotional regulation, strengthening relationships, and increasing self-confidence. Therapy with me is collaborative, structured when helpful, and always grounded in compassion and respect.
I hope to help you gently unpack what you’ve been carrying and reconnect with the strength and identity beneath the weight of stress, anxiety, trauma, or depression. Whatever diagnosis you may be facing, it does not define you or determine your future. Healing is possible, and together we can work toward clarity.
