My approach to therapy is person centered, solution focused, and collaborative in order to support my clients. Healing is a personal journey. My clients receive individualized care with an eclectic approach that fits each client’s needs. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, adults, as well as have extensive experience conducting group family therapy. My clients enjoy that I utilize art and music therapy into our sessions. Thinking outside the box is our practice’s speciality.
My work primarily involves supporting clients with presenting concerns of anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, family conflict, processing trauma, emotional regulation, as well as during life transitions. I offer practical strategies to promote healthy coping skills and improved self-care. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
