I work with teens and adults seeking therapy for relationship dynamics, stress/anxiety, depression, family/life transitions, identity development, ADHD management, and trauma. I am a proud LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist.
I focus on implementing a few techniques including Brainspotting, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) in my practice.
