I provide therapy to people of all ages. I specialize in working with children from school age through adolescence, parents, families, and adults. I have extensive post-graduate training as well as years of working in community mental health. I am experienced with a numerous of issues including anxiety, divorce, depression, self-esteem, trauma, family transitions; pregnancy and parenting. I have additional expertise in developmental disorders and learning challenges. My approach is tailored to what works best for each individual and family.
For instance, I might focus on understanding and shifting behavioral patterns, identifying potential sources of fulfillment, or increasing awareness and addressing emotionally difficult relationships. My work with children involves creativity and playfulness in order to prevent or resolve psychosocial difficulties and achieve optimal growth and development.
I seek to build strong relationships with my clients that involve warmth, trust, humor, and collaboration, which serve as the root for meaningful growth and change.
