Without judgment, I help clients overcome addictions to alcohol, weed, sex, food, and hard drugs by helping them face the very difficult triggers behind the addictions itself (such as unaddressed depression, trauma, and self esteem, etc; I particularly work with sexual addictions). This approach can be very emotionally difficult, so I recommend only clients who are ready for major life changes apply.

I meet my clients where they are and I use a person-centered, humanistic approach to counseling. I prefer my clients to be collaborative where we decide on treatment goals together. My approach is to see clients weekly or bi-weekly because one or two sessions of counseling cannot really bring healing or wholeness to the issues occurring.
