I’ve provided counseling for many different populations at various levels of care, including adults and adolescents struggling with Addiction, Alcohol Use, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, PTSD, Anger Management, Child Abuse or Neglect, Dual Diagnosis, Relapse Prevention, Substance Use, and Stress. I use a mix of Attachment-based, CBT, Client-Centered Therapy, Family Systems, Trauma Focused, Strength-Based, Narrative, and Person-Centered. Transcend Health Solutions is a mental health clinic that specializes in helping patients that have tried traditional psychotherapy and medications, but have not yet found any relief. Without judgment, I help clients overcome addictions to alcohol, weed, sex, food, and hard drugs by helping them face the very difficult triggers behind the addictions itself (such as unaddressed depression, trauma, and self esteem, etc; I particularly work with sexual addictions). This approach can be very emotionally difficult, so I recommend only clients who are ready for major life changes apply.

If you or someone you love are having problems related to alcohol or drug use, there is hope and a way out. It is most useful to meet with someone who truly understands addiction and can provide a true assessment. I will work with you, your family and any other healthcare providers to develop a plan of action based on your needs.
