Life can be unpredictable, for better or for worse, and sometimes a little extra support is needed to get by. At especially challenging times, I offer warmth and compassion, in an effort to assure clients that they do not walk alone. Although therapy can sometimes be a messy process, I feel that the end result is worth every hectic moment.
I enjoy working with individuals, couples and families. I have spent several years treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, social anxiety, OCD and difficulties with life transitions. I look forward to connecting with you!
