I am a licensed clinical psychologist and Co-Founder of the Center for Anxiety & Behavior Therapy which specializes in providing compassionate evidence-based treatment for anxiety disorders including OCD, PTSD, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, panic, and phobias. I also treat substance use disorders and work with athletes seeking to enhance performance through the mental aspect of competition. My work is largely guided by cognitive behavioral therapy principles, but I often incorporate aspects of mindfulness and psychodynamic theory.
