I enjoy working with adults and young adults 18+ who want to work on their mental health. I have had the privilege of working with the elderly population in Alzheimer's and dementia care in various hospital systems. I also enjoy working with adults that are seeking a listening ear, a compassionate heart, and no judgment.

I practice with adults of all ages, older adolescents and couples.  I treat clients with problems related to depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship/marriage conflicts, substance abuse issues and those individuals who struggle with emotional regulation.   I have worked in a variety of settings including outpatient mental health counseling, residential treatment, felony court, and inpatient counseling.  I believe the best treatment modality is important for success.  I practice using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and a few others.

Accepting new clients beginning in May/June 2024 I believe human connection, understanding and empathy are the best enablers of healing. Building trust and a strong bond are crucial to the healing relationship, and I strive to provide a judgement-free place when we meet. I hold space for my clients so they feel safe experiencing difficult emotions, and always meet them where they are in the moment. I work with teens and adults who are experiencing a range of symptoms, including depression, anxiety, PTSD/trauma, OCD, personality disorders, bipolar and more.

Ms. Sara Bates is a Licensed Independent Social Worker with Supervision Designation trained in Trauma-Informed Care for All, Family Therapy, Perinatal Therapy, Sex-Positive Therapy, Pleasure Education and Intimacy Coaching, Couples Counseling, CBT, DBT, and IFS; treating both adolescents and adult populations.  Her clinical approach is to meet the clients where they are, by building on personal strengths and supporting them through life’s difficult challenges. She provides EAP services as a contractor, for local and federal law enforcement agencies. Reiki Master/Teacher certified, for stress relief practices and coping strategies.

I treat: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma (with or without PTSD), ADHD, and Autism (does not need to be previously diagnosed). My method is to analyze connections which typically stem back to one’s family of origin, which can lead to poor self-regard. Jaret's approach to therapy is a collaborative journey where the client and therapist work together authentically to address the client's goals and needs. Jaret seeks to empower you on your journey to radical self-acceptance through practicing nonjudgmental support and helping you find meaning in your story. He received his Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of Cincinnati and his Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Ohio State University.

Racheal Wilson (she/her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who is supervised by Michael Pollak, PCC-S. She provides individual counseling to adolescents (16+) and adults. In Addition, Our Success RATE is 85% of Our Couples that have Successfully Completed Our Couples Workshops or Alcohol Treatment.

The general goals for the client are to identify issues, develop a plan of action, and implement that plan. This is a very personal process. It is educational and developmental by nature. Cures are not immediate, pain-free, or instant by nature, but may require diligent effort and candid exploration. This process often involves experiencing ‘unpleasant’ feelings as part of the counseling process within and outside of scheduled sessions.
