Thank you for visiting my profile. I am licensed in NY, CT, and MA. Psychotherapy is about educating and raising awareness so that we can non-judgmentally identify our patterns and manage life’s confusion. I appreciate a collaborative approach to help identify your needs and goals. I utilize an integration of evidence-based treatment, process therapy, and a mindfulness framework. I also take time to understand and integrate what makes each person unique, such as our mood, temperament, family system, environment, culture, and biology.
I have clinical experience on all levels of care and have worked with individuals/families in various settings - college counseling, community mental health, and hospitals. In addition to general mental health, I am trained to address eating disorder diagnoses, and separately, reintegration challenges for pre/post-deployment service members and their family.
I have devoted my professional life to providing the necessary psychological wellness that everyone deserves. With an unconditional, collaborative, and trusting therapeutic relationship, I am hopeful you will define your best self. I offer reasonable fees based on mental health and financial needs. Please call or email for a consultation.
