Psychotherapy becomes the process from which a person uncovers conflict, explores barriers, identifies options, and pursues paths of change.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults with a wide range of issues, with particular expertise in behavioral problems in children and alcohol/drug-related issues in adults. I utilize a variety of methods to support moderation or abstinence for substance abusing clients and their families, including three specialty interventions.
I also offer forensic consultations involving the effects of alcohol and drug-related issues within the family. Attorneys and parent coordinators have used my opinion and counseling service in high-conflict divorce, child custody, scheduling disputes, mediation, and supervised visits. Parents have used my service to mediate co-parenting issues.
