Teresa is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York; She has been a practicing social worker for thirty years and has been with Lifestance since 2020. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Manhattanville College and Master’s in Social Work from The Silver School of Social Work at New York University. She is a member of Lifestance’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and is completing a Certification in DEI from Cornell University. Teresa believes in patient centered care and starting where the client is at.

I am passionate in helping clients explore the disparity between where they are now and where they want to be with their desired goals in life. I provide empathic listening, compassionate presence, and nonjudgmental support to my clients. Footprints was started by a therapist who realized that often times the services provided to low socio-economic communities is lacking quality care. We noticed these communities were confronted with long wait times, disrespectful admins, and subpar treatment. The one and only purpose was to exploit the community for profit without providing the level of care deserved. Feel Better Therapy began from the inspiration to provide quality mental health care to the poorest of communities and treating the clients of this community the same way a rich patient would be treated in a clinic treating affluent clients.

Dr. Eggleston is a New York State licensed clinical psychologist with a doctorate from Fordham University and a completed Resident Internship at Bellevue Hospital/NYU School of Medicine. He has over fifteen years of clinical experience working at places such as Columbia University, New York Presbyterian Hospital, Vassar College, and the Karen Horney Institute. He has expertise treating children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Eggleston has extensive training working with mood and anxiety disorders, substance use, spiritual/existential issues, relationship/family dynamics, severe and persistent mental illness, and LGBT-related issues.

For all of our individually unique strengths, skills, accomplishments and spirits, stress, obstacles, conflicts, issues, situations occur in everyone's life when seeking professional assistance can be more useful than requesting the same from a family member, partner or friend (despite their best intentions). Ariel Gill is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York who has been practicing since 2019. She has an Undergraduate Degree in Human Development with a Minor in Public Justice and Expressive Art Therapy and a Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. Ariel believes in treating people the way she would want to be treated. She strives to meet patients where they are in life and use person-centered with a combination of CBT to help give them a better chance at success and healing. I am a gestalt therapist with 39+ years of experience working with most cultures, religions, issues, and diagnoses. My clientele varies from blue-collar to artists to professionals. I also do corporate work, teach, train, supervise, lead workshops, and retreats, and am a therapist's therapist.
