I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist who works with individuals and couples to help them heal trauma, find purpose, and live more joyful existences. I assist my clients in identifying patterns of stress, imbalance, and self-defeating behaviors to create positive, lasting change. I believe that people can change, wounds can heal, relationships can be healthy, and that pain, trauma, and negative experience should not dictate the limits of one's happiness or expectations of self. Together we can ask questions and seek answers, address barriers and nurture strengths on your path towards self-actualization.
I offer a space of nonjudgmental acceptance and support to my clients as we work to create peace, balance, and fulfillment. As the therapeutic process is different for each individual, I have adopted an integrative approach utilizing techniques from psychodynamic, cognitive, and behavioral therapies to help you achieve your goals.
