With over ten years of experience I specialize in working with individuals who have anxiety, depression, substance use, co-dependency, relationship issues, trauma and stress management. An eclectic approach is used to meet each clients needs. My training includes Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, Gestalt Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
