Now that the world has changed and we are all adjusting to a "new normal", people have now found our services to be an ESSENTIAL support, to discover peace and happiness once again! In addition, during these difficult times, the staff at SUNRISE COUNSELING CENTER would like to “give back” to our community by offering free consultations about both our psychotherapy (talk therapy) and psychiatric (medication management) services.

My name is Judy and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R/Therapist with over 23 years experience in private practice. I specialize in counseling children, adolescents, and adults in individual, family, and group modalities. I assist these individuals navigate life's rapids helping them experience joys while confronting challenges of life's transitions. I aid parents in helping their children navigate the land mines of contemporary childhood. I believe in the work I do and I sincerely want to help people live richer, more satisfying lives. I am committed to supporting my clients in achieving their fullest potential.

I have been a mental health counselor for nine years, offering care to individuals, families, and couples. The New Hope Mental Health Counseling Services is a group practice staffed by a mixed group of licensed clinicians trained to handle every area of life. We work with children who present with aggressive and disruptive behaviors, including ADHD, individuals involved in the criminal justice system, struggling with drug, recovery and family related problems. Dr. Michele Winchester-Vega and Associates is a group private practice with over 10 LICENSED professionals that specialize in a variety of modalities and treatment specialties. Treatment is offered to those aged 6 and above and individual, family and group modalities are available.
