Now that the world has changed and we are all adjusting to a "new normal", people have now found our services to be an ESSENTIAL support, to discover peace and happiness once again! In addition, during these difficult times, the staff at SUNRISE COUNSELING CENTER would like to “give back” to our community by offering free consultations about both our psychotherapy (talk therapy) and psychiatric (medication management) services.

My name is Josephine Narcisse, M.A., LMHC I am a mental health professional striving to build a therapeutic connection that can be shared outside my therapeutic space. I received my Master of Arts in mental health counseling and wellness from New York University about two years ago. Before becoming a therapist, I worked for ten years in a residential setting, helping people who are diagnosed with mental and physical disabilities to enhance their quality of life.
