You are smart and sensitive...sometimes the world is just too much to make sense of. Not sure how to tell if you are anxious, depressed, over reacting or something else? Something’s wrong, but you don't know what it is. I will help you figure it out. Through an integrative approach of talking and mindfulness techniques developed over 40 years we work together to accurately identify your issues and with deep understanding find inner control of the root emotions that are causing difficulties.
Expert Clinical Psychotherapist with over 40 years experience helping people make sense of their lives. My multi level approach has been proven effective with both adults and children of all ages, especially for anyone who is very sensitive (neurodiverse) struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem, socialization, focus and concentration.
I will be in your corner and with training in psychoanalytic theory, psychodynamics, mindfulness, neurodiversity and spiritually centered approaches we will make sense out of what is going on.
