I am a compassionate and interactive therapist who believes that by providing a safe environment, we can freely explore the possibilities for change.
My specialties include: working with children, adolescents & adults to enhance self-esteem and body image; developing coping skills to overcome anxiety, depression and loss; navigating transitions including new parenting; improving interpersonal skills to foster better relationships. I am passionate about what I do and care about my clients.
I treat individuals, couples and families combining psychodynamic psychotherapy with cognitive behavioral techniques as a way to explore how past and present stressors and traumas impact daily functioning, while working towards making active changes today.
