My approach is practical and present-focused yet grounded in an understanding of the ways our past experiences may have contributed to our present difficulties. I help patients to explore and work through what gets in the way of them developing the kind of intimate relationships they desire.
I am an AASECT certified Sex Therapist, ICEEFT Certified Emotionally Focused Couples therapist, and hold faculty appointments in the Dept of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU, and Adjunct at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
