If you realize that you are feeling perplexed, down or anxious or in a transition and could use someone to talk with I believe that I may be able to help. I am a Roman Catholic priest who transitioned into marriage as a priest and learned a lot about new beginnings and human growth in the process. My wife and I have been married for almost 43 years. I'm learning a lot. My training as a mental health clinician able to help a person integrate their own spiritual values in their relationships and life decisions has been valuable.
I am a State of New Hampshire Licensed Pastoral Psychotherapist and am particularly interested in working with people concerned with their relationships in their social lives, at work or at home which sometimes generate feelings of anxiety and depression for various reasons. These are sometimes disruptive and require attention.
I have practiced at Emmaus Institute Counseling Services since 1984 in Nashua, NH. We are a nonprofit pastoral counseling center with a community based Board of Directors. We accept various insurances, Medicaid and private pay. We offer a modified sliding fee scale for qualified persons.
