I have had the pleasure to work with a range of individuals across my career. I received my BS degree from Boston University in Behavior and Health and later received my MS degree at Salem State University in Mental Health Counseling Psychology. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, alcohol use, stress, and relationship/family issues.

Lisa is a dually licensed clinician, with over twenty years of experience whom strives to catalyze individual's healing, growth, and transformation helping them align with their soul's purpose. She specializes in helping individuals recover from trauma, substance use disorder, anxiety, life transitions, and loss. She helps people transcend their suffering to achieve life satisfaction going beyond symptom elimination but toward discovering the root cause of their symptoms promoting self awareness, self understanding, self compassion and self forgiveness to move beyond shame into deep self acceptance.

Serendipity means finding something you didn't expect to find. That sums up my practice. I have been working in the field of addiction for 30+ years. I have worked in all settings, different parts of the country and with some wonderful people. My office is homey, worked in and clients are free to speak their mind. Sometimes I bring my dog, Oreo. Abi Mello is a Marriage and Family Therapist in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2022. Abi enjoys working with all age ranges and sees individuals, families, and couples. Abi approaches therapy from a non-judgmental and authentic stance. She understands the value in providing a brave space where clients feel safe and can be vulnerable. Abi has worked in high level substance abuse, seeing diverse mental health disorders, and working with adoptees. She has also provided anger management and parenting education. As a Military Veteran herself, she welcomes all Military and Veteran individuals, couples, and families.

Innate Therapeutic Services offers state of the art approaches to evaluate and treat substance use disorders and mental health concerns. We are staffed with a MLADC, LADC, and an LICSW to address any needs. Our clinicians provide initial assessments, facilitate individual and group therapy, complete LADC evaluations, and coordinate client services. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated to change, and if you're not there yet, we can work on your motivation. Whether it's an alcohol or other drug problem. or difficulties with emotions/moods, trauma, stress management, or interpersonal/relationship problems, there is almost nothing within you now that you can't change or improve if you really want to do it. I find it rewarding to work with clients who understand that change requires some work and they are willing to do that work. I am also experienced with those struggling with chronic Lyme Disease.

Kassie Bombaci is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in New Hampshire who has been practicing since 2016. Kassie's role as a therapist is to accompany her clients in their unique process. Kassie provides strengths-based, goal-directed therapy to meet her clients where they are at and assist them in determining the steps needed to accomplish goals that are personal and meaningful to them. Outside of work, Kassie enjoys spending her time outdoors with her dog hiking and gardening. She also loves making and sharing a delicious meal with friends and family.

Often times, individuals are unaware of what drives their behaviors. I strive to help clients better understand themselves, in order to live healthier more fulfilling lives.
