I have been practicing for over 20 years and have a strong expertise in relationships (couple's therapy, dating, infidelity, relationship conflict, divorce, etc.). I also specialize in anxiety, trauma, addictions and working with high-achieving individuals. My approach involves helping clients develop insight about why they are finding themselves "stuck," while also teaching useful skills that facilitate behavior change; both are crucial for lasting change to occur. Insight provides understanding and self-compassion. Skills help us function better in our day-to-day lives. My approach is empathic, collaborative and practical.

I believe in an eclectic and individualized approach to helping folks achieve their unique goals and objectives, and to cultivate an optimal quality of life. I've worked with people who have experienced breast cancer, those recovering from complex post-traumatic stress disorder, individuals who’ve experienced intimate partner violence, people struggling with or recovering from alcohol use disorder, as well as those managing day-to-day anxieties and periods of depression. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I've helped my peers and allies explore identities, navigate relationships, etc.

Space For Grace, LLC, is a humanistic private practice, which specializes in helping others find their purpose in life and assisting them with moving towards and through the healing processes of life, for a fuller quality of life experience.
