My expertise in the mental health field stems from over two decades of experience with children, adolescents and adults in varying capacities. I have worked with individuals with severe mental illness and helped them achieve a quality of life and gain control over symptoms they were experiencing. I have worked with clients who experience both mental health and substance abuse disorders (dual diagnosis/co-occurring) which impact daily functioning and overall general mental health. It is important that a client be ready and motivated to make changes and do something different, so they can achieve a different result.
