I have a decade of clinical practice experience in the areas of trauma, depression and anxiety. I strive to help individuals process their experiences, explore emotions, and learn ways to cope with stressors to improve their quality of life. I am meeting clients in-person and by telehealth. I am accepting clients aged 13 and beyond who want to work on positive change to achieve personal life goals, improve health, and improve relationships.

Day to day functioning can be a challenge to navigate. Life feels overwhelming if you have experienced trauma. Life events can make anyone feel anxious and angry as well as guilty and depressed. You or your child can get better with support and insight. I am here for you or your child if you are ready to experience life differently. My approach is strengths focused and supportive. We can work together when you feel ready to start.
