As a psychotherapist with 13+ years of experience using integrative and strength-based psychology to help adults, I address a wide variety of issues and challenges, including: relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, substance abuse, grief, and spiritual trials. When we sit together, I will empower you to achieve personal growth. I believe that it is my role to walk with you and support you in this journey.

I have a decade of clinical practice experience in the areas of trauma, depression and anxiety. I strive to help individuals process their experiences, explore emotions, and learn ways to cope with stressors to improve their quality of life. I am meeting clients in-person and by telehealth. I am accepting clients aged 13 and beyond who want to work on positive change to achieve personal life goals, improve health, and improve relationships.

I help people gain freedom from their issues with a revolutionary technique taught by my mentor, Marisa Peer, voted Britain’s best therapist. With RTT I can fix anything from skin conditions to weight issues, to phobias, to addictions, to chronic illness and disease, in just 1-3 sessions. I’m still seeing traditional therapy clients, but since my accreditation in RTT, I’m focusing on moving my practice to exclusively RTT and coaching clients. My target client includes anyone who has been unable to fix or heal from any type of issue, they’ve tried other ways, but have been unsuccessful! RTT is the missing link that can free you!

My name is Ryna. I work with ages 5 and up. My areas of treatment include autism, anxiety, depression, family therapy, and trauma. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community I am affirming of the LGBTQ+ community and familiar with the community's experiences and needs.

Regina is a Licensed Master Social Worker with experience in assessing, diagnosing, and engagement in patient centered treatment planning. Regina is familiar with treatment modalities in suicidality for achievement of recovery goals within the least restrictive setting. Regina utilizes a strengths and solution-focused approach to support adults in improving their lives. Regina works within a collaborative team to ensure quality care and overall well-being through ANew Mental Health.

I believe that the foundation of transformation is through compassion, curiosity, and community. My goal is to be a midwife of the beauty your story brings the world. I work with people going through stage of life changes, ADHD, trauma, grief, spiritual issues, anxiety, infertility, depression, and relational conflict. My goal is to come alongside and help integrate these parts of you to bring healing and wholeness.

I have a passion for healing trauma of all kinds and in helping people build awareness of how their bodies hold that trauma. I have a strong passion for helping people who struggle with anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, or have a generally tumultuous relationship with food, movement, and their body. Issues that may result from trauma that I treat include eating disorders, depression, anxiety, PTSD, addiction, and bipolar disorder, to name a few.

I am a friendly therapist with a knack for making people feel comfortable and supported, balancing sincerity with humor. Trained extensively in Social Work, Psychoanalysis, Somatic Experiencing and with 25 years in the field, Teresa has integrated these traditional methods with her experiences and studies in Ayurvedic psychology and other holistic healing practices such as mindfulness, meditation, yoga & breathwork. This approach addresses the person as a whole: mind, body, spirit & heart.
