I teach people how to think/function better/make serious changes in relationships, lifestyle/self care. Mind, Body and Spirit. I get people to talk and let go of their "stuff," become more confident and get unstuck. If you're unhappy with where you are at, that's where I can help. I employ a coaching mindset into my work, and it's goal/results-driven.
My work has always been around helping others. First as a personal trainer, now a counselor.
