My approach is neurodiversity affirming. The evaluation process is a collaborative one in which clients, regardless of age (youths get to be truly heard), have an opportunity to share experiences without time constraints & without having to be viewed solely through a set of test data & questionnaires. While these tools can help clients communicate concerns, test data alone is not the best method in truly understanding one's unique experiences & circumstances.
