My practice is called My School Psychologist, Inc. and it is a company founded with the premise that our society has a profound impact on our youth's intellectual, behavioral, emotional, and psychologi​cal development. This practice was conceived in hopes of fostering the inspiration and motivation back into the community and youth through affordable and thorough psychological services.

I consider psychotherapy a privilege for all, and not just for people with "mental problems". As human beings that we are, we need to sort things out and not repeat the same errors that lead us to failure and pain. Just like Socrates said: 'A life not examined is not worth living". This means I facilitate profound and transformational experiences in the resolution of Trauma/PTSD and Grief/Loss, as well as panic, depression, phobia, and pain for anyone- regardless of background- interested in feeling better. Dr. Limary Lorenzo is trained in organizational and clinical psychology. Specializing in women’s mental health, Dr. Lorenzo started her clinical career in 2008 leading support groups for pregnant women and mothers. She has also specialized in supporting women during their pregnancy and motherhood roles. Dr. Lorenzo has vast experience offering support and consultation to high achiever women that need support with: management of stress and time, balancing roles with their careers or business, career changes or transitions, and supporting them in adopting healthier habits that can improve their overall wellbeing.

In times of uncertainty, feeling emotionally tired is not abnormal. When this feeling does not improve, it may be time to search for help.
