My ideal client would be someone is interested to improve his/her thinking, emotional state and general functioning. My ideal client would also be someone who is open and motivated for change and to become the best version him/herself them/themselves.

You may have been stuck many times in your life: in boring jobs, disrespectful bosses, ungrateful friends/family, in sick relationships, in your own lack of confidence, in concerns about your appearance, your intelligence, your body... feeling trapped, desperate, weak, confused. You've got used to it, it becomes routine. You may yearn for happiness and fulfillment, but you don't know how to get rid of that feeling, the guilt, the shame. Or maybe, sometimes you don't even realize that you're stuck at all, you just know that you've lost yourself. You may feel that you are too much, and at the same time, not enough.

"Be gentle with yourself." I am a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology, a trained therapist (LCSW), and a hypnotherapist focused on past life soul regression and shadow and dream work. I am specialized in mindfulness providing individual therapy to help individuals in the treatment of stress, anxiety, depression, and gender issues. I am clinically trained by Dr. Brian Weiss in Past Lives Regression to address trauma and phobias. I am also a National Certified Hypnotherapist (CH) by the National Guild of Hypnotists an excellent approach to use with clients to improve quality of life.

If you are like most people, you think that your problems are like your cross to bear. I am here to tell you that it's not true. Life can be much more enjoyable. All of us have issues to be resolved with others and with ourselves, and it can be done. Therapy can help you reflect and resolve your conflicts in a safe and confidential setting. You will feel more secure in yourself, able to relate to others in a loving and peaceful way and to tackle your life with confidence and optimism.

I have ample experience and enjoy working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, grief/loss, and career concerns.

I’m passionate about creating resources for adult individuals struggling with relationship problems, anxiety and mood disorders, and am interested in participating in workshops, speaking engagements and virtual meetings in order to further educate potential clients to better deal with life difficulties.
