We are trained in Gottman and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.

I have worked with a wide array of people. I've had the pleasure of working with individuals with Acquired or Traumatic Brain Injuries, Dementia, Intellectual Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, Mood Disorders and Anxiety Disorders. My work has been with people throughout the lifespan, from early childhood concerns, such as behavior problems, to adults of all ages. I work best with clients who would like to make a change in their life, and behavior, but do not have the tools or motivation to do so. We can work together to identify what might be causing issues & how to change those behaviors.

Bryan Granie is a therapist at Fresh Start Life Solutions, a coaching & therapy private practice located in South Florida. He provides systemically oriented & individually customized therapeutic services to clients of all ages in individual, family, and group settings. Bryan utilizes a variety of environments/experiences to enhance the therapeutic process to include: equine, barn/nature, kayaking, running/walking, & sports/fitness. Bryan also provides business/career coaching services to individuals & companies. Services can be provided in-home, office, as well as in school based settings, or wherever there is a presenting need.

My practice specializes in the treatment of Eating Disorders, Trauma (PTSD); Addictions/Alcoholism; Codependency/Attachment Disorders; and Anxiety/Depression. I take an integrative and holistic approach in therapy, providing treatments best suited for my clients present conditions. I am Kripalu Yoga 200/hr Trained Instructor as well as Reiki Master and Vedic Thai Massage practitioner. I am also a Transformational Breath Facilitator in training. I am an Ontological Coach as well and a Transformational Coach. I am also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
