I’m a Registered Mental Health Counselor. I utilize a holistic approach, addressing the mind, body, and spirit to support health and healing. We are passionate about our work with families. The Child Hub is specifically for children in a specialized playroom for 3-10 yr olds and teens. We also specialize in working with bilingual families. We address issues of anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, anger management, grief, adjustments to life changes as in loss, separation, and divorce by creating a calm, safe environment that facilitates transformation.
